Job summary

CSP is seeking a Quality Engineer II at our Huntington, Indiana Plant to be the face of the facility to the customer and to lead quality initiatives across the program.

You will work with production, quality, and engineering to ensure program quality, drive APQP, and develop control plans and FMEA, while managing customer issues and quality alerts. Strong communication, math skills, and automotive‑quality experience are required.

Qualifications

• Four‑year degree required with 10–15 years of quality engineering experience in Automotive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to resolve conflicts with several variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as face of the facility to the customer.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering to ensure program quality.
• Lead APQP efforts and maintain process documentation.
• Develop and implement control plans, FMEA, and process flow diagrams.
• Manage customer issues and quality alerts.
• Train employees on quality issues and continuous improvement.
