Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field required.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Knowledge of ISO9000/AS9100 quality systems and audits.
  • Ability to lead medium to large, complex projects.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality standards and protocols for materials.
  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure quality standards and flow-down.
  • Implement methods to inspect, test, and evaluate products and equipment throughout procurement.
  • Audit processes and review build documentation; verify conformance.
  • Control nonconforming products; lead CAPA and corrective actions.
  • Support QA tests; assist design for manufacturability and inspection planning.
  • Communicate quality data to empower risk management and continuous improvement.
