Job summary

Nidec Motor Corporation in St. Louis is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to perform failure analyses and conduct customer visits to resolve Quality issues. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency in problem-solving tools. Skills in data analytics and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification are preferred. The job involves domestic and international travel. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge on Quality Problem-Solving Tools and Statistics.
• Familiar with product reliability testing.
• Experience in motor assembly and manufacturing.
• Willing to travel, U.S. domestic and international.
• Able to work with global cross-functional teams.
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform failure analyses of motors returned to St. Louis and drive corrective actions with Nidec plants.
