  • Develop and execute product and process qualification plans, establish acceptance criteria, analyze results, document conclusions, and provide quality approval or recommendations before commercialization.
  • Lead assigned customer complaint investigations, coordinate containment and product evaluation, determine root cause, prepare formal corrective action responses, and verify effectiveness and prevention of recurrence.
  • Manage assigned supplier-quality issues, including supplier qualification support, incoming-material risk assessment, supplier corrective action requests, effectiveness verification, performance monitoring, and escalation of recurring deficiencies.
  • Administer the Quality Management System (QMS) document control process, ensuring procedures, work instructions, forms, and records are maintained and controlled.

  • Effectively use generative AI and other emerging technologies to improve Quality Assurance productivity, analysis, communication, and decision-making.
  • Protect confidential information when using AI tools and comply with company requirements regarding data privacy, security, intellectual property, and acceptable AI use.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, waste, and process variation.
Requirements
