Job summary

Arlon Graphics, LLC is a cast vinyl manufacturer delivering high-quality pressure-sensitive materials for signage, digital imaging, and architectural markets. This role drives the Quality Management System, leading complex investigations and cross-functional collaboration to prevent defects and meet approved specs.

The Quality Engineer II partners with Manufacturing, suppliers, and customers, ensuring ISO compliance and robust corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical field.
• 5 years of QA/QE experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 audits and continuous improvement.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve the QMS and ISO compliance.
• Lead quality investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Manage nonconforming material, document control, and supplier quality.
• Analyze quality data and KPIs for management review.
• Provide QA support to Manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
• Lead root cause analysis using tools like 5 Why and Fishbone.
• Apply AI tools to improve QA productivity and decision-making.
