Job summary

Arlon Graphics, LLC is a cast vinyl manufacturer seeking a Quality Engineer II to support and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and lead complex investigations. This role partners with Manufacturing, customers, and suppliers to prevent defects and ensure compliance with approved specifications.

Responsibilities include leading ISO audits, managing nonconforming materials, corrective actions, and quality metrics, while using tools like 5 Why and fishbone analysis to reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering within manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 systems, auditing, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support ISO compliance, internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Manage quality processes including nonconforming material, document control, training systems, supplier quality, customer complaints, and quality metrics.
• Lead internal and external ISO audits, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Serve as Quality representative on cross-functional teams to identify and prevent quality issues.
• Provide timely QA support to Manufacturing including containment and disposition verification.
• Lead or escalate corrective action programs and root-cause analysis using quality tools.
