TSI Incorporated is seeking a Quality Manager II at their DICKEY-john facility in Auburn, Illinois. This full-time position involves improving product quality through cross-functional initiatives, conducting internal audits, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure standards are met.

Supports the Quality Manager in improving product, process, and overall quality by driving cross-functional initiatives, implementing reliability improvements, and leading corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Technology, or a related science is required.
Two years of experience as a Quality Engineer I, four years of experience as a Quality Assurance Technician III, four years of experience as a Quality Calibration Technician III, or five years of experience engineering in a manufacturing environment with a formal Quality Management System is required.
Work is typically performed in a standard office setting working at a desk or table on a level surface. Air quality and noise levels are within normal limits. Eye protection is usually not required. Under normal conditions, exposure to excessive noise, dust, humidity, and fumes is rare. Individual may be required to work more hours than normally expected during a regular workweek depending on workload and deadline requirements.
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work.
Minimal travel is expected for this position.

Competitive market salary from $80,000 - $93,000 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular period of time.
