Responsibilities include leading audits, managing LPA, PPAP packages, supplier qualification, and APQP activities. Proficiency with GD&T and blueprint reading is required; engineering degree and steel stamping experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Formal internal audits and leading LPAs under IATF/ISO frameworks.
• Experience with PPAP packages and automotive core tools.
• Strong GD&T reading and blueprint interpretation.
• Experience with steel stamping or heavy manufacturing preferred.
• Proven supplier qualification and corrective action monitoring.

Aufgaben

• Lead regular ISO 9001 and IATF16949 internal audits and LPA management.
• Compile and submit PPAP packages for production approval.
• Use Plex to track quality metrics and document control.
• Operate CMM equipment and review part dimensions with PC-DMIS.
• Manage supplier control activities and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate CSR compliance and APQP systems.
• Drive root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Read and interpret customer-specific requirements and blueprints.
