Responsibilities

• Provides quality engineering leadership for select External Manufacturers and suppliers.
• Sets quality expectations with suppliers and ensures compliance.
• Implements and maintains production and process controls with relevant metrics.
• Partners with product development teams to support successful launches at suppliers.
• Conducts supplier visits emphasizing quality improvement and compliance with GMP, ISO-13485 and other standards.
• Supports suppliers with inspection techniques, non-conformances, and verification/validation activities.
• Contributes to root cause investigations and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Applies risk management tools and practices to mitigate risks.
• Communicates across Quality and other functions such as R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Marketing.
