Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead the nonconforming material review board, drive RCCA and CI initiatives, and support customer needs with data-driven problem solving. The role involves hands-on collaboration with assembly, quality, manufacturing, aviation, and engineering teams to ensure product quality meeting customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Technical Engineering degree with 2 years experience.
• Associate degree with 5 years experience.
• High school diploma with 10 years experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
• SQ Certified Quality Engineer (CSQ) and/or CQIA preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Quality Management data, reports, analysis, etc. as directed by the Quality Manager.
• Manage MRB disposition of non-conforming material and investigate containment.
• Lead RCCA and CI efforts based on audits and data.
• Perform design, manufacturing, and process issue analysis.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
