Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC seeks a Quality Engineer (QE) to own the nonconforming material MRB process and drive RCCA/CI initiatives. The role collaborates with assembly, quality, manufacturing, aviation, and engineering to ensure products meet customer requirements.

The QE will lead data-driven problem solving, implement corrective actions, and support internal audits and process improvements across functional areas in a hands-on capacity.

Qualifications

• Requires a Technical Engineering degree with 2 years’ experience; or an Associate degree with 5 years; or a high school diploma with 10 years’ experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
• CSQ CQIA or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve design, manufacturing, and process issues from basic to complex.
• Manage MRB: disposition non-conforming material, containment, root-cause, corrective action.
• Lead RCCA and CI activities from audits and data indications.
• Perform QA tests and statistical analysis to assess nonconforming products.
• Support FAI planning, approvals, and SOP/WI development.
• Coordinate flow of work and materials to meet production schedules.
• Provide technical expertise to employees, suppliers, customers, and regulators.
