Qualifications

• Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working onsite five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis and specification of methods, process steps, plant, machinery, and equipment for manufacturing and materials processes.
• Assist feasibility testing of proposed engineering solutions and provide feedback to validate designs.
• Draft engineering standards and specifications under senior guidance.
• Conduct inspections to evaluate quality and integrity of installations and recommend actions.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers as their primary contact within contracts.
• Identify and address shortcomings using change management programs.
• Support knowledge management systems and advise team members.
• Analyze customer needs and contribute to product development using established systems.
• Work within project management plans to achieve engineering goals.
• Execute Scrap, Non-Conforming Material, MRB, and Cleanliness Testing to support production.
• Serve as primary Quality contact for machining, plating, welding, and assembly.
• Gather and analyze data, drive corrective action in production teams.
