Job summary
Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking an early-career Quality Engineer I for a great entry-level opportunity in a manufacturing environment. You will learn and contribute to quality systems, data analysis, and continuous improvement projects while supporting SPC initiatives and internal audits.
Recent graduates or candidates with limited experience who have a solid technical foundation in quality and manufacturing are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to grow into broader quality engineering
Qualifications
- Two-year technical degree in Quality or related field; four-year degree welcomed.
- Recent graduates or early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with SPC, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards is a plus.
- Strong foundation in quality and manufacturing with curiosity to learn.
Responsibilities
- Support Quality Management System and quality standards.
- Participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
- Assist with internal quality audits and corrective actions.
- Collect and analyze manufacturing and quality data.
- Support SPC initiatives and data-driven decision making.
- Create graphs, reports, and quality documentation; investigate root causes.
