Qualifications

• Recent grads or early-career candidates with a strong technical foundation and interest in quality systems are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with SPC, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, and data analysis is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Management System and quality standards.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with internal quality audits and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing and quality data.
• Support SPC initiatives and create graphs, reports, and diagrams.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Assist with customer quality concerns and non-conformance activities.
• Help with procedures, documentation, training, and other quality projects.
