Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in Quality, Statistical Analysis, or related area; a four-year degree is welcomed.
• Strong foundation in quality and manufacturing with curiosity and drive to grow.
• Familiarity with SPC, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, machining drawings, or statistical software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the company’s Quality Management System and quality standards.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with internal quality audits and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing and quality data.
• Support SPC initiatives and data-driven decision making.
• Create graphs, reports, diagrams, and other quality documentation.
• Help investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Support customer quality concerns and non-conformance activities.
• Assist with procedures, documentation, training, and other quality-related projects.
