Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in Quality, Statistical Analysis, or related area.
• Open to recent graduates with foundational knowledge in quality systems.
• Interest in data analysis, statistics, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the company’s Quality Management System and quality standards.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with internal quality audits and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing and quality data.
• Support SPC initiatives and create quality documentation.
• Help investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Assist with procedures, documentation, training, and other quality-related projects.
