Job summary

Altus Spine in West Chester, PA is hiring a Quality Engineer I to perform hands-on dimensional inspection and lead CAPA investigations. The role drives root cause analyses, cross-functional projects, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications include a engineering-related degree with 2+ years experience or equivalent, plus knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and cGMP. On-site work with comprehensive benefits and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience owning CAPA investigations through closure.
• Hands-on dimensional inspection experience with calibrated equipment.
• Experience with root cause and risk-based analysis in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and cGMP.
• Ability to manage cross-functional quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article and production lot inspections.
• Lead CAPA investigations from initiation to closure.
• Analyze quality data and drive corrective actions.
• Manage quality projects and validation activities.
• Coordinate internal audits and support management reviews.
• Maintain CAPA and project tracking records.
