Job summary

Centinel Spine, West Chester, PA, is seeking a full-time Quality Control Inspector on-site. You will inspect finished goods and raw materials, maintain records, and support a compliant QC environment.

Training hours and post-training shifts are on-site, with opportunities to assist in audits and nonconformance processes. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 1–3 years in a regulated setting, and is proficient with computer systems and reading engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
• Proficient in navigating computer systems.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a regulated environment performing quality control inspections.
• Experience reading and inspecting engineering drawings.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and relationship building skills.
• Collaborate well in a team environment and convey a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and testing of finished goods and raw materials.
• Maintain inspection documentation, including scanning and filing records.
• Initiate non-conformance reports and ensure proper disposition of non-conforming material.
• Assist with nonconformance investigations as needed.
• Maintain a clear QC inspection area and organize product in bins/racks.
• Assist in internal audits as requested.
