Qualifications

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in QA activities.
• Ability to solve problems and drive corrective actions.
• Experience in a ISO-certified manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering knowledge to resolve quality issues for Humanscale products.
• Drive continuous improvement for product and process performance.
• Ensure quality standards are met prior to shipment to customers.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support Lean activities and kaizen events.
