Job summary

You will analyze system data and KPI’s, drive corrective actions with internal and external customers, and report on quality metrics through operations and management.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 1+ year of related experience, with hands-on problem solving and strong communication to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in quality/manufacturing engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, Root Cause, Control Plans, Gauge R&R, MSA and Capability Studies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out activities to support analysis, methods, and processes for manufacturing or materials.
• Develop and test proposed engineering solutions for data-backed validation.
• Draft engineering standards and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Inspect and evaluate quality of engineering works and installations; recommend remedial actions.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; act as primary contact within contract plans.
• Identify shortcomings and drive corrective actions using change management.
• Support knowledge management systems and provide guidance.
• Engage in product development activities; analyze customer needs to define products.
• Work within project plans to meet defined goals.
