Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering or quality field is required or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of engineering/quality experience or 10+ years in vapor deposition/plating/thermal coatings with 2+ years AS9100 experience.
• Strong communication with internal/external customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Support the Plant Quality Manager in completing improvement projects and audits (internal and external).
• Assist with AS9100, Nadcap and customer audits preparation.
• Use statistical tools to analyze quality data and identify improvement areas.
• Support root cause and corrective action plans to meet requirements.
• Perform and develop measurement/testing methods and document results.
