Job summary

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Suppliers, and Customers to uphold quality control systems.

Responsibilities include data analysis, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and supporting audits from defense, aerospace, and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience demonstrating understanding of basic quality concepts, practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to meet standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Suppliers, and Customers to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Lead qualification of product and process changes; review ECOs, MCOs, deviations, and updates to control plans and PFMEAs.
• Provide technical support for failure analysis, reliability testing, and process capability studies.
