Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Full color acuity; Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently to meet company standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Suppliers, and Customers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to evaluate product quality and identify trends.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.
• Halt production processes if critical product defects are identified to prevent nonconforming material from escaping.
• Monitor and maintain quality control systems and improve as necessary.
• Train and instruct team in quality control methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Generate reports on nonconformance, root cause analyses, and quality trends for management.
• Review regulatory standards and quality trends to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Lead qualification of product and process changes and support audits.
