Arc-Automotiv seeks an experienced quality supervisor to oversee inspection services and ensure compliant, timely disposition of materials. You will coordinate with production and development teams to support manufacturing goals, and lead audits to uphold IATF16949 and other regulatory standards.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of supervisory and quality experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Provides inspection service to support manufacturing/engineering requests. Ensures adequate and accurate inspection for incoming components and special requests. Coordinates timely disposition of rejected raw materials. Supervises quality technicians and parts inspectors. Must be familiar with IATF16949 and A2LA.
Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred* plus a minimum of three years supervisory and quality experience required. Demonstrable knowledge of optical inspection machine, calipers, micrometers, indicators, optical comparator, and height gage required. Regulatory and Quality System requirements/standards knowledge required. Requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with attention to detail. Must be computer literate and have ability to manage multiple priorities.

Work will take place in a combination office/shop environment. Employee may be required to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call on occasion. While performing the duties of this job, employees may be exposed to mechanical or chemical processes requiring the use of personnel protective equipment.
