ARC Automotive, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee inspection services supporting manufacturing and engineering requests. This role ensures accurate incoming component inspection, coordinates disposition of rejected materials, and supervises quality technicians and inspectors.
Familiarity with IATF16949 and A2LA is required. You will define quality procedures with operations, develop controls and documentation, and coordinate audits with customers and suppliers.
Provides inspection service to support manufacturing/engineering requests. Ensures adequate and accurate inspection for incoming components and special requests. Coordinates timely disposition of rejected raw materials. Supervises quality technicians and parts inspectors. Must be familiar with IATF16949 and A2LA.
Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred* plus a minimum of three years supervisory and quality experience required. Demonstrable knowledge of optical inspection machine, calipers, micrometers, indicators, optical comparator, and height gage required. Regulatory and Quality System requirements/standards knowledge required. Requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with attention to detail. Must be computer literate and have ability to manage multiple priorities.

Work will take place in a combination office/shop environment. Employee may be required to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call on occasion. While performing the duties of this job, employees may be exposed to mechanical or chemical processes requiring the use of personnel protective equipment.
