Job summary

Wasatch Labs seeks a Quality Engineer to perform QC tests, calibrate lab equipment, and prepare samples for customer shipments. You will analyse data, generate management reports, and drive corrective actions through RCA/ CAPA programs while ensuring cGMP compliance.

The role involves on-site lab work and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve process reliability and product quality within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, bioengineering, or related STEM.
• 2+ years’ laboratory experience in a food manufacturing environment with QA, GLP, and GMP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control tests in lab and on-site as needed.
• Assist with testing and calibrating lab equipment for tasks.
• Prepare samples prior to shipping to customers.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for lab management.
• Lead root cause analyses for process gaps and out-of-spec events.
