Job summary

W.S. Badger Company, Inc. is seeking a QC Lab Technician to join the Quality team.

The role involves sampling incoming raw materials and finished goods, testing per established protocols, and documenting results while investigating deviations. The position requires coordination with the Quality Control Supervisor and adherence to GMP, GLP, and internal standards. Ideal candidates hold a chemistry-related degree with 1–2 years in a QC laboratory and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, or related discipline preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a Quality Control laboratory or equivalent setting.
• Experience working in a cGMP-compliant facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming raw material sampling and testing according to set protocols.
• Document test results and investigations in ETQ and related systems.
• Conduct on-site equipment calibrations and enable deviations investigations.
• Support process validation monitoring and data integrity for QA/QC activities.
• Work onsite with occasional weekend shifts and early start times as needed.
