Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in heavy industrial, automotive, or aerospace industries.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and relevant standards.
• Proficient in quality data analysis tools and personal computer capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Grantley Plant.
• Lead continuous improvement teams to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Support and analyze COPQ metrics and assist with non-conformance management.
