ITW Specialty Films is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure product integrity across film manufacturing. You will lead quality systems, drive process improvements, and support supplier development.

The role requires engineering expertise and experience with ISO 9001 and SPC. You will analyze data, manage quality metrics, and guide cross-functional teams to meet quality targets while supporting new product development and audits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field is required.
• 2–5 years of quality engineering in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC, root cause analysis, PFMEA, CAPA, and process control methods.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, dashboards).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ISO 9001 adherence and participate in internal/external audits.
• Manage quality/document control including distribution and revision control.
• Lead implementation of customer quality requirements and standardized work procedures.
• Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to set quality standards.
• Prepare quality metrics, monthly reviews, and dashboards for management.
• Lead problem solving to reduce scrap and improve first-pass yield.
• Guide inspection/testing personnel to maintain controlled processes.
• Support R&D and Process Engineering for new product development and trials.
• Collaborate with suppliers on incoming material quality and nonconforming items.
