Job summary

ASCO Aerospace Canada Ltd. is seeking an EQ Engineer to perform first article inspections and validate manufacturing routings, control plans, and ATS. The role emphasizes validation of CPs, CCs, and routings, plus customer requirement reviews and plan accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in industrial quality, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel may be required; languages include Dutch, French and English. The position offers growth within a dynamic Asco group.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years’ experience in quality/engineering roles.
• Experience in industrial production or product development and design is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of product and process.
• Knowledge of quality systems; safety focus and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out FAI (First Article Inspection) and related files.
• Validate control plans and routings; ensure ATS alignment.
• Validate CCs for machined/assembled parts and deltas.
• Review customer requirements and ensure measurable plans.
• Create and maintain control plans with production/measurement strategy.
• Validate CMM programs and inspection tools.
