You will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes and products meet established quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor the entire production cycle and report any malfunctions
- Perform routine inspections and tests on products and processes
- Analyze product specifications and customer requirements to ensure they are met
- Identify and address any quality issues
- Create and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and manuals
- Document quality assurance activities and generate reports for management
- Identify areas for quality improvement and propose solutionsLead quality improvement projects and teams to enhance product durability and performance
- Ensure compliance with legal, industry, and organizational standards and regulations
- Stay updated with the latest quality control standards and methodologies
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of quality control experience in manufacturing server assembly
