Job summary

FII in San Jose is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design and implement manufacturing processes and systems. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Server Assembly, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering and have 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing system assembly. Responsibilities include developing automated systems, monitoring production costs, and training workers. Strong familiarity with CAD software and collaboration with Quality Control Teams are essential for ensuring product standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems.

• Design manufacturing fixtures and equipment, including installation, validation, and maintenance.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services.
• Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements.
• Optimize facility layouts, production lines, and machine operations.
• Monitor production costs and assist in budget preparation while implementing measures to reduce waste.
• Train workers in new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth facility operations.
