The candidate should have 3–5 years in quality engineering within manufacturing/electronics, plus strong problem solving using 8D, 5 Why, PFMEA, and related tools. PCBA and SMT experience is required, with cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Familiar with PCBA testing and SMT processes.
