ManpowerGroup is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the Manufacturing Operations team in the NW Milwaukee metro area. You will lead root-cause investigations on PCBA assemblies and drive corrective actions ensuring products meet requirements.

The role requires 3–5 years in quality engineering in electronics, with strong problem-solving, PFMEA, SPC/MSA knowledge, and effective cross-functional communication. Direct hire with contract-to-direct potential; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing or electronics.
• Experience with structured problem-solving, corrective action systems, and audits.
• Electronics manufacturing experience with PCBA process knowledge required.
• Ability to interpret drawings and test specifications; strong data skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing as part of Operations to ensure product quality.
• Lead root cause investigations using 8D, 5 Why, fishbone, PFMEA, fault tree analysis.
• Drive supplier quality improvements and quality planning activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer and internal requirements.
• Apply statistical tools and data-driven problem solving in daily work.
