Job summary

ITT Engineered Valves, LLC is seeking a QA Engineer in Lancaster, PA to strengthen quality programs for the diaphragm product line. You will apply QA skills to ensure compliance with design controls and regulatory requirements while supporting process validation and corrective actions.

The role includes inspecting components, developing test methods, and guiding suppliers through quality improvements. Strong Excel skills and GD&T interpretation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years in quality or manufacturing.
• Technical knowledge in elastomer, PTFE and molding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• ITAR compliance requires U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Implement and drive changes strengthening the quality program for diaphragm products.
• Review non-conformances and disposition with corrective actions.
• Perform dimensional and NDT inspection on components.
• Develop inspection/testing standards and process controls.
• Support supplier assessments and regulatory reviews.
• Provide training and technical support to inspectors.
