Job summary

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with 100% inspection focus for sanitary valves.

Responsibilities

• Inspect production materials to ensure conformance with quality specs.
• Polish valve bodies to specified finishes (various Ra values).
• Use measuring instruments (profilometer, calipers, gauges) for dimensional checks.
• Certify polish quality and document acceptance or rejection.
• Operate finishing tools and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Participate in Kaizen and sustain 6S, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Read shop orders, access drawings, and track labor using systems.
