Job summary

You will apply quality engineering skills to ensure products meet design controls and regulatory requirements, support process validation, and drive improvements in inspection and supplier assessment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1-3 years in a quality/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in regulated industries (Quality Assurance) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of elastomer and PTFE molding processes required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and drive improvements to the quality assurance program for diaphragm products.
• Review non-conformances and disposition of returned material.
• Develop and monitor inspection, testing, and evaluation methods.
• Support process validation and capability improvements.
• Provide training and support to inspectors and certify auditors.
• Assist supplier assessments and regulatory reviews of the QMS.
