Job summary

You will work with engineering, production, and supply chain to develop containment strategies, track action effectiveness, and update SOPs and documentation. Candidates should have a Mechanical/Automotive/Process engineering background, strong data analysis and Excel skills, and hands-on problem-solving in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Process Engineering.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes.
• Experience creating SOPs and related documentation; comfortable with process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify field-returned units for autopsy to determine root causes.
• Investigate internal failures and drive resolution with containment strategies.
• Develop and implement corrective actions and update process documentation.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams.
