The role reports to the Director of Quality & Operational Excellence and offers a full-time, exempt position in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Quality or Engineering, strong GD&T and measurement tool experience, and a track record in process improvements, corrective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Experience with quality systems, corrective actions, and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.

Responsabilités

• Maximize the effectiveness of the Quality function and teams.
• Develop quality and inspection plans; monitor process performance.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain quality documentation and audits as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and service to set quality standards.
• Release inspection reports and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Interpret drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements.
