Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in SPC, root cause analysis, and other quality methodologies.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for quality improvements.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform product and process audits to ensure standards compliance.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality at all stages.
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools for data analysis.
