Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent; MS preferred.
• Engineering discipline: Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/CS or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality inspections, including off shifts.
• Submit non-conformance reports and follow up to ensure corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate and standardized collection of data.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Work independently and with others.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure testing for changes.
• Provide data as requested by other teams including HQ.
• Track SPC data of inspections and drive future changes.
• Write and maintain work instructions.
• Train operators when changes occur.
