Job summary

MS Directional, LLC is seeking a Quality Engineer to collaborate with engineers, monitor the performance of company equipment and processes, and proactively identify improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

You will report to the Quality Manager and lead audits, develop SOPs, and contribute to cross-functional projects to ensure on-time, error-free deliveries and compliance with applicable standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with product quality investigations and data analysis.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Lead internal and external audits to drive improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality plans and SOPs for QA and inspection.
• Create KPI dashboards and data-driven performance metrics.
• Collaborate across departments to meet specifications and timelines.
