Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
• 2 years of related industry experience required; 5 years preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10–25%.

Responsibilities

• Product Compliance: ensure products meet customer specs, standards, regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
• Customer Service: act as quality contact for customer meetings and respond to quality inquiries and complaints.
• Manufacturing Readiness: create and maintain quality guidance, control plans and training alignment.
• Continuous Process Improvement: analyze quality metrics, drive CAPA for systemic issues, and lead improvement actions.
