Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with APQP and quality tools.
• Ability to work across functions and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with audits and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Update/maintain the Control Plan for assigned workflows.
• Primary contact with customer/supplier reps and attend meetings.
• Maintain the quality system per YF iOS standards.
• Facilitate problem solving teams and respond to discrepancies.
• Verify corrective actions and prepare customer correspondence.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits and report trends.
• Establish process controls and train on new projects.
• Support PFMEA reviews and other APQP activities.
• Perform root cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Support quality/dimensional control systems (X&R charts, Six Sigma).
• Ensure compliance with Quality, EHS, Product Safety, and IT security requirements.
• Must comply with company policies; overtime may be required.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attendance at location.
