TAD PGS, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Combat Mission Systems Paladin vehicle program in the Anniston, AL area.

The QE will develop, implement, and maintain quality systems across multiple assembly stages, collaborating with shop-floor and leadership to ensure 100% conformance to engineering specs and customer requirements. The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, CAPA, and ISO 9001 compliance, with strong emphasis on problem solving in a low-rate, automotive-style

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Develop and modify quality control protocols for all vehicle stages.
• Validate processes and parts to ensure conformance to specs.
• Analyze quality data to identify defect trends and drive corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and escapes.
• Ensure manufacturing complies with ISO 9001 and internal governance.
