Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Combat Mission Systems’ Paladin vehicle manufacturing program. The QE is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality evaluation and control systems across a low-rate, automotive-style environment.

The role requires proactive data analytics, cross-functional leadership, and rigorous process validation to ensure conformance to engineering specs and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a quality engineering background in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
• Strong data analysis and Microsoft Office skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication with shop-floor and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality control protocols for all stages of vehicle assembly.
• Ensure 100% conformance to engineering specs and customer requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and escapes.
• Drive CAPA actions using data-driven root cause analysis.
• Monitor quality metrics and report to leadership.
