Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in Quality, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer quality complaint resolution and root cause investigations.
• Review CAPA and 8D from the manufacturing plant.
• Implement QMS improvement requests from customers.
