Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of quality tools like NCR, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality issues, including issuing NCRs and driving CAPA.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Oversee quarantine and disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to address quality issues.
