Responsibilities include identifying product issues, assisting in design evaluations, and leading improvement projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with some certification in quality systems. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required.
Experience in a manufacturing environment with a quality emphasis.
Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 certifications.
Responsibilities
Identify and record product line problems and initiate corrective actions.
Assist in evaluating new product designs and supplier materials.
Monitor site quality objectives and report metrics monthly.
Skills
Quality system improvement tools (8D, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Project management experience
Ability to read understand blueprints/CAD Drawings
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
ASQ and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
