Pentair is hiring a Quality Engineer for its Chardon, OH team. This entry-level position supports the Quality Management System (QMS) and continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing and product realization.

You will analyze issues, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and suppliers to drive quality improvements. The role emphasizes data analysis, problem solving, and the development of QA documentation, with opportunities to grow in Lean and SPC

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with quality processes and problem solving.
• Effective written and oral communication from shop floor to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support quality assurance activities throughout manufacturing and product realization processes.
• Investigate product, process, and customer quality issues using structured problem-solving methods.
• Participate in root cause analysis and CAPA activities.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and inspection standards.
• Review data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
